Eligibility for Returns • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged. • For hygiene reasons, jewelry returns are only accepted if the item is defective or incorrect.
